Return Policy

At Laurel & Co. we want each customer to love the piece they purchase and ensure that it will fit! Because we are such a small shop, returns and exchanges are not possible at this time. All sales are final. If there is damage to your piece when it arrives, please contact us (please also send a photo for reference) immediately for assistance by using the contact form here.

Workshop Cancellations

Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available for workshop registrations. We encourage all participants to carefully consider their availability and commitment before registering for a workshop.

Transfer Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your workshop attendance, Fleur offers the option to transfer your registration to a different class, subject to availability. This transfer policy provides you with the opportunity to make alternative arrangements and attend a workshop at a later date.

Cancellation Notification: If you need to cancel your workshop attendance, please notify Fleur and/or Laurel & Co. at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop. This allows us to offer your spot to another interested participant and manage the workshop logistics effectively.

Transfer Procedure: To transfer your workshop registration to a different class, please contact us at allie@shoplaurelandco.com. Provide us with your original registration details, including the workshop name, date, and time, as well as your preferred alternative class.

Availability of Alternatives: Transfer requests are subject to availability in the desired workshop. We recommend checking the updated workshop schedule on Fleur's website.

Transfer Limitations: Participants are allowed to transfer their registration only once. Multiple transfers for the same workshop registration are not permitted.

Registration Transfer Confirmation: Once your transfer request has been processed and a suitable alternative workshop is identified, Fleur will provide you with confirmation of your new workshop registration details via email.

No Show: If you fail to attend the rescheduled workshop without prior notice or fail to provide the required cancellation notice, your registration will be considered a "no show," and no further transfer or compensation will be provided.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. Some pieces in the shop are made and ready to ship, while others, such as our Essential Collection, are made-to-order. We will try our best to ship your pieces to you as soon as we can so you can begin enjoying them!

Each order will incur an $8 shipping and handling fee and $2 added for each additional piece purchased. Our standard shipping option covers USPS First Class shipping and the appropriate insurance coverage for your order . We will share the tracking number with you when your item(s) have been shipped. If you require Express Shipping (3-5 days) please select the Express Shipping option when checking out ($20 shipping and handling fee + $5 for each additional piece).

If you are local to Colorado and want to pick your piece up, select the shipping option “Local pick up at 80216”. I will email you when your piece is ready for pick and my open studio hours. You can come by anytime within those hours for a contact free pick up!

Sizing

At this time, Laurel & Co. is unable to provide re-sizing of rings. Please ensure that you select the correct ring size when purchasing. Rings and bracelets are not adjustable unless otherwise indicated on the products’ page.
