All Laurel & Co. Workshops are held at Fleur. Fleur is in the Baker Neighborhood of Denver, located at 13 E 4th Ave. Denver, CO 80203

We recommend street parking. There are meters available right in front of the shop and spots along 4th, Broadway and Lincoln. Please use the meters and street signs to verify parking restrictions.

Please note we do not offer refunds. We understand life happens and you may need to reschedule your initial booking. Please contact us to transfer your booking. Review our full cancellation policy here.

Yes, you must be at least 14 years old to attend our classes. If you are under 18, you will need a parent or guardian present in the class with you.

Yes, all materials required for the class are included in the class fee. You won't need to purchase or bring anything additional unless otherwise specified in the class description.

None of our workshops require prerequisites unless otherwise noted in the workshop description. We strive to make our classes accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience level.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. Some pieces in the shop are made and ready to ship, while others, such as our Essential Collection, are made-to-order. We will try our best to ship your pieces to you as soon as we can so you can begin enjoying them!
Do you offer free, local pick up/delivery?
If you are local to Colorado and want to pick your piece up, select the shipping option ‘Store Pickup’. You can expect an email 1-2 weeks after your order is placed to coordinate pickup at Fleur during our studio hours.
sizing
Do you offer resizing of rings?
At this time, Laurel & Co. is unable to provide re-sizing of rings. Please ensure that you select the correct ring size when purchasing. Rings and bracelets are not adjustable unless otherwise indicated on the products’ page.
Can i try on laurel & Co. jewelry in person before buying?
Yes! If you are based in Denver and want to try on a piece before purchasing, please reach out to us! Most of our pieces are found at Fleur at 13 E 4th Ave. Denver, CO. Fleur is open by appointment only, so please email us to coordinate or feel free to shop before or after one of our scheduled workshops!
Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
At Laurel & Co. we want each customer to love the piece they purchase and ensure that it will fit! Because we are such a small shop, returns and exchanges are not possible at this time. All sales are final. If there is damage to your piece when it arrives, please contact us (please also send a photo for reference) within 5 days after your order has arrived by using the contact form here.
Lost Pieces and Components
At this time, Laurel & Co. does not offer replacement earrings or other pieces where a component may be lost. A new order must be placed.
