You bring the idea, a stone you love, or a few photos of what catches your eye, and we design something together that is all yours.
Inspiration photos are always welcome. I use them as a starting point, not a blueprint, so every piece I make is original. I can source the metal and stones for your piece, or set a stone you already have.
A 14K gold and emerald ring
Here is how one recent piece came to life. I send photos along the way, so you get to watch yours take shape too.
Carved in wax
Every cast piece starts as a model I carve by hand in wax. This is where we work out the shape and the proportions, and make sure the emerald sits just right.
A silver mock up
For gold pieces, I often cast a mock up in sterling silver first. It lets us check the fit, the shape and how the stone sits before anything is cast in gold.
Cast in 14K gold
Once the design feels right, the ring is cast in 14K gold. I refine the shape, set the emerald by hand, and finish every surface.

Your final price depends on the design, the metal and the stones. A materials deposit is required before I begin.
Your own materials: I am happy to set a stone you already have. Melting down your own gold or silver is considered case by case, so mention it in your request and we will talk it through.
